WHITE NEGRONI
DIFFICULTY
EASY
WHAT'S IN IT
25ml London Drizzle Gin
25ml Lillet Blanc
25ml Amaro
HOW IT'S MADE
- Add gin, Lillet Blanc and Amaro to an ice-filled mixing glass.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
WHAT IT'S LIKE
It's significantly more delicate and complex than the traditional red counterpart. And while 'delicate and complex' are not necessarily welcome qualities when it comes to - for example - cars or aeroplanes, there's nothing wrong with them when it comes to cocktails.
JAMES' TASTING NOTES
A traditional Negroni hits you with upfront bitterness and sweetness but this offers a more nuanced, layered experience. It's still bitter, but with a lighter, more floral quality. It works particularly well with London Drizzle with its lemon and grapefruit notes.

London Drizzle
