50ml American Mustard Gin
25ml Cointreau
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Mustard Syrup (3 Parts Simple Syrup
1 part Yellow Mustard)
75ml Soda
5 dashes of celery bitters
Shake all ingredients over ice (not the soda), add the soda once shaken and then strain into ice filled tall glass, garnish with dill and parsley.
