American Mustard is not in itself a recognised strain of the genus brassica. It is more conceptual; an abstract signifier of America’s greatness. In producing this gin, I am acknowledging the UK’s debt to the Land of the Free and celebrating the special relationship our two nations enjoy.

It’s a bit like the one Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher had. Theirs helped to end the Cold War. Conversely, we will create warmth in your belly and a slight sensation of fire on the tongue.

Note: Single bottle orders come in the branded box, multiple bottle orders don't because you can only fit one in a box, obviously.

Tax included.

Asian Parsnip

Same as the UK version, but with a new label, with a mandatory message from some faceless bureaucrat warning you not to consume gin under any circumstances, as it could lead to imbecility. But they said that about jazz in the early 20th century, and now look.

"Usually I mix my gin with ice and tonic. But James has somehow done it. I tried just in a glass at room temperature. It's really good. I think I'm just going to add ice from now on and consider it a treat to myself after a work day".
