WHAT'S IN IT

60 ml Asian Parsnip Navy Strength Gin
20 ml Lime Cordial 
15 ml fresh lime juice
5 ml sugar syrup
6-8 basil leaves

HOW IT'S MADE

• Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and basil leaf
• Muddle basil leaves in shaker
• Add gin, lime cordial and lime juice
• Shake vigorously
• Strain into coupe glass

WHAT IT'S LIKE

Balanced tangy citrus, with fresh basil and gin botanical complexity.
