125ml tonic water
10ml pickle brine
Lemon slice
HOW IT'S MADE
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add gin and pickle brine.
- Top with tonic water and stir gently.
- Add a lemon slice
- Optional: Garnish with a gherkin or dill spear on a skewer.
WHAT IT'S LIKE
The saltiness of the pickle brine accentuates the savoury notes of the mustard gin. It's a classic culinary flavour combination - it's just that no-one has thought of drinking it before.
